The Nyungwe national park is a home of various primate including chimpanzees, black and white Columbus, mangabey, and unique plant species including orchids. It is also home for endangered bird species making it a suitable destination for bird lovers Waterfalls and a canopy walk way, various hike trails.
Day 1: Transfer to Nyungwe Canopy Walkway
This morning transfer to the southern province in Nyungwe forest where you shall do a Canopy Walkway for 40 minutes in the forest, a thrilling adventure awaits you on the Nyungwe Canopy Walk. From the park information center, descend the 40º slant via a zig-zag foot path to the first tower deep in the forest valley for the 1½ hr walk on the Canopy Walk’s suspension bridge. Besides being so high in such a picturesque location, the walk allows access to the upper parts of the forest, where one can see some unique ‘canopy’ species; apes, birds, butterflies, plants and insects, flowers, leaves and other animals that live in the roof of the forest which are otherwise invisible but can now be seen at eye level, or even from above. From there you shall go for your lunch, have a nature walk in gisakura tea plantations and spend your night and dinner at Peace Guest House.

Day 2: Chimpanzees Trekking and Water Fall (Isumo trail)
In the morning after early breakfast, we head south west to the verdant Nyungwe Forest National Park, you will have to experience the Chimpanzee Trekking where you will found them jumping from one tree to another with a lot of noise which with enjoyable to take video of such kind of primate called Chimpanzees. back for packed lunch move for a half day forest guided walk with in Nyungwe Forest National Park. On this long walk, you will visit the Kamiranzovu waterfalls where you will enjoy your picnic lunch. On this walk expect to see a lot of bird species and also primates like monkeys among others. dinner and overnight at peace guest house.

Day 3: Natural walk and back to Kigali
In the morning after having your breakfast, you will get ready for umuyove nature trail walk, you will drive with your driver guide to Uwinka overlook where you will meet park guide who will walk with you in the natural of Nyungwe, back for lunch and drive to Kigali.
